'Evergreen. A celebration of the Greenland Shark'
100 years a mere drop in the ocean…..
The Greenland shark of the Arctic and Atlantic oceans, is the oldest vertebrate on Earth. Scientists estimate these deep sea giants can live between 200 – 500 years, only reaching breeding age at 150! Their metabolism so slow, they grow only about a centimetre a year.

Save our sharks, save our seas….
Sharks are essential predators in our oceans, helping to keep populations of other species balanced, which protects habitats.
100 million sharks worldwide are slaughtered every year, and because many shark species breed so slowly, this is completely unsustainable and risks ecosystems for many decades.
